Testing Services provides make-up testing to SIU faculty and students. If a faculty member chooses to offer a student a make-up exam, Testing Services can proctor that exam in a secure and quiet facility. It is at the discretion of the faculty member to choose to offer the exam to the student.
Faculty members should complete a Make-up Exam/On Campus Request Form for each student or groups of students. Once a member has authorized the make-up exam, students should fill out a student request for to schedule an appointment with us. Testing Services gives exams Tues-Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Students will need to bring in a photo ID with them to test.
